The largest free beach in Balatonszárszó is located on Móricz Zsigmond Street, which runs directly along the shore, between Örs Street and the junction of Bulcsú Street, which is perpendicular to the lake.

A significant change from the 2017 season is that the small lidos bay, which was already there before, has been enlarged, so now instead of steps you can walk directly into the sloping shore, and children have a new wet sandpit with it.
